LOT Summer School: Leiden June 26-July 7, 2017

Please note: For changes regarding your registration, including your courses, please fill out another registration form! This is possible until June 4.

See the General Info (https://www.lotschool.nl/index.php/education-and-training/lot-schools/lot-summer-school-2017/general-info) for the cancellation policy regarding your participation and accommodation.

If you need to cancel your registration (via lot@uu.nl), the following rules apply:
Participation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the start of your courses (cancellation deadlines are June 12th, 2017 for week 1 and June 19th, 2017 for week 2).

The implications of cancelling too late are the following.

  • PhD-students and research master students that are affiliated with LOT: your local institute has paid a fee to LOT, so that you could attend two weeks (research master students) or four weeks (PhD students) of LOT schools in total. There will be no refunding! In case of circumstances beyond your control, please contact the LOT secretary: lot@uu.nl.
  • PhD-students and research master students that are not affiliated with LOT: only half of the admission fee and nothing of the accommodation costs will be refunded.

Please be aware of the fact that the teacher counts on your presence. It is rude just not to show up at the last minute.
